1. Acceptance of terms

By using the TraQtime application, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

The use of the application also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy, available in the application and on the website.

2. Service description

TraQtime is an application available for iPhone and iPad (iOS 17.6+ / iPadOS 17.6+) for managing sports performance that allows:

• Recording athlete times
• Tracking performance and statistics
• Competition management
• Data export
• Synchronization via iCloud (Pro version)

You agree to:

• Use the application legally and in compliance
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations
• Not copy, modify or distribute the application
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter
• The security of your iCloud account
• Compliant use of the application
• Information regarding minors under your responsibility
• Having the necessary authorizations (particularly parental) to enter and process data of minors

6. Limitation of liability

TraQtime is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or always available.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Data losses (remember to make backups)
• Decisions made based on application data
• Malfunctions related to your device or iCloud

7. Intellectual property

TraQtime, its source code, design and content are the exclusive property of Quentin Durussel and are protected by intellectual property laws. The user has a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application.

8. Purchase and refund

In-app purchases (Pro version) are managed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple according to their conditions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the application, these Terms, the privacy policy and the legal notice at any time. When reasonably possible, users will be informed via the application. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website or in the application.

It is your responsibility to regularly consult these documents to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the application after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using TraQtime at any time by deleting the application from your device. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of violation of the Terms.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Switzerland.
