TraQtime stores locally on your device the following data you enter:

Athlete information (first name, last name, date of birth)
Performance data (times, disciplines)
Medical information (if you choose to enter it)
Emergency contacts (if you choose to enter it)

Important : This data is stored only on your device and/or in your private iCloud. We do not collect any data.

3. Data storage and access

Important : We have no access to your personal data.

Your data is stored exclusively:

On your device : local storage secured by iOS
In your private iCloud (if enabled in Pro version) : protected by Apple's encryption and accessible only with your Apple credentials. Synchronization is managed directly by Apple, we have no access to it.

We do not collect, transmit, sell, share or have any means of accessing the information you enter in the application. You retain full control of your data at all times.

4. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Modify or delete your data at any time from the application
Export your data (CSV/PDF)
Disable iCloud synchronization

These rights can be exercised directly from the application, no external request is necessary since TraQtime does not collect or store data on third-party servers.

6. Minors' data

TraQtime can be used to track the performance of minor athletes. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the information entered regarding minors.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. Only technical cookies essential to the functioning of the site may be used.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without notice. Modifications will be published on this page with an update date and take effect upon publication.

It is your responsibility to regularly consult this policy to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the application after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
